The company is led by Bongani Mgayi, Director and Founder, who brings more than 25 years of experience in social facilitation and marketing within the infrastructure sector. Over two decades, we have built a reputation for managing complex stakeholder relationships, community engagement processes, and marketing communications on behalf of major contractors operating across South Africa.

– Construction of a new Rapid Build School, a greenfields high school

Solution: Through structured and transparent engagement, we united diverse stakeholders around a shared vision for delivering a new high school. By fostering inclusive dialogue and resolving concerns fairly, we built trust, secured stakeholder buy-in, and enabled collaborative solutions to overcome engagement challenges.

Alexandra Hospital, Pinelands, Western Cape
– Refurbishment of Wards 1 to 6
– November 2024 to Current
Solution: Led social facilitation services during the refurbishment of wards at the
psychiatric hospital, overseeing stakeholder identification, community consultation, and coordinating engagement with ward councillors, community leaders, hospital management, and CLO recruitment. Maintains continuous
stakeholder communication by chairing PLC meetings, submitting detailed reports.

Nandoni Dam Water Treatment Works, Thohoyandou, Venda
– Construction Work for the Upgrade, Repair, and Maintenance
– March 2026 to May 2026
Solution: Conducted stakeholder mapping and risk assessments. Initiated stakeholder engagement and public participation processes, including consultations with the two chiefs (senior traditional leaders). Delivered a two-day training programme for newly appointed PSC delegates and led the recruitment process for a CLO. Developed the PSC Terms of Reference and established the methodology for recruiting labour and subcontractors.
